Aftercare.
The work doesn’t end at the door. Every client leaves with full written aftercare tailored to their treatment — this hub is here for easy reference between appointments.
Gentle, general guidance.
Most treatments share a few sensible principles in the days afterwards. Your written aftercare always takes priority over anything here.
Be gentle
Avoid touching, rubbing or applying pressure to the treated area while it settles.
Keep it clean
Keep the area clean and avoid heavy makeup for the period your clinician advises.
Skip the heat
Avoid saunas, intense exercise, hot baths and direct sun for the first day or two.
Hydrate & rest
Drink plenty of water and give your skin time. Some swelling or tenderness is normal.
