Clear, fair terms so you know exactly where you stand when you book. No surprises — just the housekeeping that lets us hold your time and care for you properly.

The bits worth knowing first.
20% deposit
A 20% non-refundable deposit secures your appointment. It comes off the price of your treatment on the day.
48h to reschedule
Plans change. You can reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment and carry your deposit across.
Consultation-led
Some treatments begin with a consultation. We’ll only ever proceed once it’s right and safe for you.
Securing your slot.
20% non-refundable deposit secures your appointment (comes off your treatment price). The deposit holds your appointment time and is deducted from the final price of your treatment, so you only ever pay the balance on the day.
Because the deposit reserves time we cannot offer to anyone else, it is non-refundable if you cancel, or if you do not attend without rescheduling within the notice period below.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
If your plans change.
Reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment. If you give us at least that much notice, your deposit moves with you to your new appointment.
Cancelling, or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice, means the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit will be needed to rebook. Repeated late changes or non-attendance may mean we ask for payment in full to hold future appointments.
We send a reminder around 24 hours before your appointment — but the notice period applies whether or not you’ve seen it.
Care comes first.
Every plan starts with an honest conversation. For prescriber-led and consultation-first treatments, we assess your suitability before anything is agreed — and we will tell you honestly if a treatment isn’t right for you.
If, on clinical grounds, we decide a treatment is not appropriate for you, we won’t proceed. Where that happens, your consultation still stands as the valuable, personalised assessment it is.
You must be 18 or over to book, and you’ll be asked to confirm your medical history and give informed consent before any treatment.
Paying for your treatment.
Your deposit is taken when you book, and the remaining balance is payable on the day of your treatment. Prices for individual treatments are confirmed with you in writing — at consultation where a treatment is consultation-led.
Treatment prices and any package details are confirmed directly with you before you commit.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your booking is the one published when you book.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
